[Bryn-gwlad] Selecting a new Baron/ess

Baron Niklas Vasilevich has given some commentary on the selection of  
the next Baron and Baroness of Bryn Gwlad. I thought I would point  
out a few articles in the Florilegium which also talk about the  
responsibilities of this office and on selecting the best persons for  
this position. While this is not an election and the selection is  
done by the Crown, hopefully they will take the input they receive  
from the populace into consideration.
