[Bryn-gwlad] Weekly Hydration Reminder

Greetings Bryn Gwlad, foremost Barony of the Knowne Worlde!
  As cooler and drier temperatures are felt this evening at PiP, be sure to consume plenty of non-caffeinated, low-sugar, non-acholic fluids before, during and after PIP tonight.  With the cooler temperatures, it is just as easy to dehydrate as it is in warmer conditions.  So please keep yourself well hydrated.
  Also, with the drier air and little or no cloud cover, temperatures will rapidly lower after sunset, so be sure to wear items to keep yourself warm.  Dressing in layers of lighter weight clothing is more effective in adjusting your body temperature than fewer layers of heavier clothing.
  Be safe, hydrate often and have fun!
