Our homework.

I'm challenging you to strive to a higher standard!

I hereby throw down the gauntlet, asking you to find not just a period name, 
But a FUNNY period name... 

Extra points if it's from your own personas time and place,
And extra points if nobody has heard of it before.

The winner by general acclaim gets a somewhat silly hat! And the esteem of his peers! (be it high or low)
