[Bryn-gwlad] Moving to Austin

Having been in real estate many years... I feel i am able to comment with a
fair amount of accuracy .
As far as schools go , You will want to be outside of austin city limits, or
in westlake boundries . Taxes are high everywhere from what i can find, but
in my personal opinion school tax is beter utilized in round rock .
However, as mentioned before being in the suburbs pretty much  eliminates
closeness to grocery stores except for a few areas in Round Rock , east of
ih35 .
Far west is on the College bus route, and therefore is moderatly priced with
a fairly high crime rate. and not necessarily the best area for children .

Just my opinion, everyone has one.....lol
