 This is your weekly reminder to hydrate yourselves before, during and after PiP tonight.  While the weather is wonderfully cool, you can still dehydrate if you do not hydrate enough.  So, keep hydrating with plenty of low-sugar, non-caffeinated and non-alcholic drinks.
