[Bryn-gwlad] candlemas bardic theme

We encourage performances to accompany the theme of the event which is Alfred the Great (ei, Saxons/Vikings 900ish)
  You can come at it from the plundering end or the penance end<G>.  Although I'm sure there was a loving, giving side to these people, it escapes me at the moment..LOL.
