[Bryn-gwlad] couple of question

There are many places around the outer edges of the great Austin area
where your neighbors *can* be at least out of arrow range. My lady and
I live out in the country near Leander and have room around us (most of
the lots in our neighborhood are at least a few acres). These types of
places can easily be found in the area but you do have to spend a bit
more time looking.

With the toll roads opened up in this area, it takes only about 30
minutes to get to the center of activity in Austin (used to take about
50). That's about the same amount of time it takes from
Georgetown...actually a bit less since the traffic is heavier during
rush hour on I-35.

1. Does anyone do any blacksmithing?

While not much of a smith, I am thinking about bringing my coal forge. I
need to know if it is legel and can coal be purchased or should I look
into building a gas forge after I move down.

2. House locations.

We have looked around Round Rock and Pflugerville and it looks like your
neighbors all live about 3 feet away from you. Are there areas that have
lower housing density? I use to joke with my wife that I want our next
house to have neighbors that were at least out of arrow range :-). While
I know that might be a little extreme, I would prefer just a little
elbow room.

Giovanni
