[Bryn-gwlad] couple of question

Ideally, I would prefer to buy a house that is less than a 30 minute drive from work. Quick access to the heart of Austin is not a high priority at this time. Older homes to not worry us, our current house was built in 1900. We would not want a house that old unless at LOT of work has been done to it. Our house should be a museum for electricians there is every era or electrical code is still in use.

Schools are not an immediate concern but starting a family is in the future.
