[Bryn-gwlad] couple of question

Your work address is in the heart of north Austin and the Cedar Park,
Leander, Liberty Hill areas are about 25 - 30 minutes away during rush
hour (via toll roads). The housing prices in this area, even with
property, are much lower than closer in. Also, because of the 10 year
development projections out here, real estate in the area is a *very*
good investment (i.e. we've been here 10 years and our house value has
more than tripled in that time).

Your electrical comment had me chuckle. We also live in a house that
was built in the early 1900s and have the same "uniqueness"...one of the
reasons we're doing a big remodel which includes redoing the entire
electrical system. In fact, crawling around under, through and on top
of the house, I can still, occassionally, find old nob and tube wiring
(not energized thank goodness!)

The office is located at the below address.

3814 Jarrett Way
Austin, TX 78728

Ideally, I would prefer to buy a house that is less than a 30 minute
drive from work. Quick access to the heart of Austin is not a high
priority at this time. Older homes to not worry us, our current house
was built in 1900. We would not want a house that old unless at LOT of
work has been done to it. Our house should be a museum for electricians
there is every era or electrical code is still in use.

Schools are not an immediate concern but starting a family is in the
future.
