One caveat about Hutto: That's where the big housing boom is 
happening right now. Five years ago, Hutto was a sleepy little town 
of a few thousand. Today it's got new neighborhoods popping up like 
mushrooms. While you can probably still find houses with a bit of 
land for sale, they will most likely be older farmhouses.

On the other paw, a smaller lot means less grass to mow in the summer. <G>
