Before the neighbors get a chance to complain make all the lady neighbors
presents, adn refresh periodically, bannahanger, plant hooks, that 
kindof stuff,
the simple stuff you bang out just to warm up..

then instead of being the annoying blacksmith guy, you're the annoying 
blacksmith guy that gives her free stuff...
