[Bryn-gwlad] Minor Waivers/Medical Authorizations for Minors/Minor Permission Forms

Attention Populace:
   
  It has come to my attention that individuals that are bringing minors other than their own to fighter practices and/or events are using photocopies of the required documents and reusing those documents for multiple occasions.
   
  This is not permissible.  Each and every time you have a minor in your charge you must have an ORIGINAL set of forms filled out expressly for the occasion that they are attending with you.  
   
  Be prepared and forewarned, minors without the proper documentation will no longer be allowed to attend events or practices.  This is a requirement of Corpora and cannot be waived.
