[Bryn-gwlad] Minor Waivers/Medical Authorizations for Minors/Minor Permission Forms

Just to be clear...If I stop by the park on Tuesday night with my daughter's
best friend in tow, I have to have a notarized form giving me permission to
have her with me? Not that it happens often but it is more likely to happen
in the summer.
