[Bryn-gwlad] Newcomers!

  I'm planning on going to the Candlemas Event, but I won't be able to get there until 8pm.  Is there anything special that I need to know as a newcomer?  I have been talking with Sir Giotto and he has convinced me to attend even though I will be getting there pretty late.
