Ever been to Gulf Wars? Ever camped for a whole week, with costumes and with kids? 

As Baronial Land Steward for Gulf Wars I will be hosting a Gulf Wars Round Table Discussion 
    Wednesday, Feb 7, 7:00 PM 
Wells Branch recreation Center 
    3000 Shoreline Dr. Austin, Texas78728. 
This is the same place Newcomer Classes have been held.

If you have questions or answers you wish to share, please join us for a round table discussion about experiences at 
Gulf Wars. 

While stories are great and we may get to them, this evening will be mostly concerned with the practical logistics of 
getting there. 

An army marches on it's stomach and this one is no different. We will discuss tents, camps, kitchens, food, kids, 
activities, showers, parking, driving, packing, what to pack, where to get it and anything else we can think of. 

If you have ever been to Gulf Wars, please come and share, bring your packing lists. 

If you have never been, please come and ask questions, bring a note pad. 

Informal setting, dress comfortable. Costumes will not be needed. 

If you are not sure you are going, please join us anyway to help you make your plans. You will still have one week to 
preregister to get space in the Bryn Gwlad camp.
