just a thought.  When we get ready to publish the
domesbook we should consider using lulu.com or cafe
press to produce the book.  That way we don't have to
pay any production costs.   Lulu.com has a bit more
control in the production style of the book, so I
would reccommend that over cafepress.

anyone just orders the book online.   we just mark up
the price a bit for the book   we keep the royalties.
