ok   There is OBVIOUSLY enough interest in the idea of
setting up a monthly get together, that I will look
into it.

I am going to check out zilker park, for a option.  I
will also take a list of other parks to check out as
well.   I personally would prefer something more
southern as one of the reasons is that some of us do
live south of the river and a more centralized
location would be nice.

I will create a list of the paperwork if any required
from the city to do this.   

I will then put this together and as a whole we can
decide if it is something we want to do.

I don't believe it will require a lot of manpower on
the part of the barony.   Wewill just set it so if
there is not a warrented officer present it is a
potluck only.   no other events requiring sanctioning 
will be going on.

I don't believe this will conflict with any major
plans for the barony.

once I put together the proposal for the business
meeting we can vote on what we want to do with it.

one question though.  If you want to hold any type of
activity within the sca must a warrented officer be
present.    guild meetings do not always have a
warrented officer present, yet are sanctioned by SCA
(From what I can tell).
