Greetings,

I have been asked by the Stewards of Queens to head up the Traffic
Control Team for the hill coming into the site.

Having done this at the last event, I've learned a few things that I
hope will help.

We will need two persons per shift. The site will open at 4pm on Friday
so we will need our first shift to begin about 3:45pm to 4pm on Friday.

Plans are to run till Mid-night on Friday and re-open about 8am on
Saturday with shifts till 11am on Saturday.

There will be no shifts on Sunday.

The top traffic control person will need to use their vehicle as a
shelter in case of cold, wind or "R". I plan to make a sign to designate
the traffic stop check point so it will be clearer as to what people
need to do and where to stop.

The bottom traffic person will use the gatehouse to shelter in from weather.

We will have radios as before as well as drinks of water, sodas and such
for those on the team.

A schedule of shifts will be posted inside the gatehouse at the bottom,
so all will know when their shift is.

As to weather and dress for it. It is the end of January and the
Ansteorrian weather for that time of year is flaky and usually cool to
cold. Please dress accordingly. I am checking into a heater of some type
for the gatehouse if it is needed.

Any questions, please contact me.

So here's the shifts available. Please sign up!
