Greetings & Happy New Year!

I am listening to the funeral of Gerald Ford as I write these words,
and thinking about others who have recently passed from our lives.  
There are many good things to be said of all of them - those who
affect us in lasting ways.   

As we prepare to welcome the Crown to Queen's Champion and 
to Candlemas, I am requesting award recommendations in writing
by January 6th.  My thanks for those I have already received. 

I would like to consult with members of the Dreigiau Bryn and the 
Halberd on Tuesday, January 9th, at 7:15 pm.   

Although we've talked about having a Chivalric Tourney this evening,
Lady Rhiannon & I have decided to hold this tourney in a fortnight - 
on Tuesday, January 16th, starting at 7:30 pm.       

My thanks to all those who have already volunteered to help 
with Queen's Champion and with Candlemas.   More are always
appreciated.   Friendships are often forged and strengthened 
through experiences such as these.    
   
We are embarking on another great year!   Together!
