[Bryn-gwlad] park regs

Unless it is a park with campgrounds or permission from gov't entity parks 
have always closed at 10pm. Enforcement occassionally lax(sort of a hey, 
time to go folks) or infrequent patrol, until there are reported problems 
then patrol can suddenly increase...the rules though is still 10pm (think in 
prior years was listed as sunrise to sunset)  and yup can get a citation for 
it...for everyone present...

The only time I had situations with permits past 10pm were for special 
events...

I believe this is pertinent to next week-
Ty and I were the last to leave PiP last night and we
got to meet the police officer who patrols the park
area.  He informed us that the park closed at 10;00 pm
and that he could give us a ticket for being there
after hours unless we had a permit.  Do we?  If not,
should we get one?
I'd rather not repeat this experience!
