In the event that storage space is needed for extra food that we may be getting from Brad Leah or purchasing for the greater crowd now expected, I have an empty upright freezer and a mostly empty (except for my husband's rose seeds) 18 cf refrigerator/freezer (the fridge is for sale, by the way). I was going to defrost the freezer this weekend and fill it with dog food next week (my dogs eat raw meat and bones) but my bulk RMB purchase can wait till later.

As for the feast fee that was prepaid, it stated (IIRC) that feast fees were
not refundable. Okay, no problem there. However, if there is a way for our
feast steward to coordinate with their feast steward and maybe combine the
feasts (since we will have more people anyway) that could help them get the
food out of their freezer and help our feast steward with the extra mouths
to feed. BG could reimburse them for the cost of the food from our feast
budget. I really don't know what we already have cooked/planned and whether
this would work but it might keep our feast steward from scrambling to feed
extra people. For example, IIRC the coronation feast was going to have
chicken and we are going to have chicken...if we could buy their chicken or
(depending on what state it is in) serve it in addition to our chicken as an
option, that could work...in theory. Maybe they could serve their feast as a
lunch or something that can be purchased separately...as a donation to the
kingdom travel fund or something like that.
