We have been asked by the Boy Scouts to put on a demo at their camporee 
on the 20th. It will be held at Webberville park, which some of you 
might remember since we used to hold events there before Shamino's site 
spoiled us. If you need directions, go to

They have specifically asked for a fighting demo, and I'm hoping to get 
heavy, rapier, and youth fighters involved if we can. We'll aslo need 
some people to speak to the boys (and parents) about what we're doing. 
Ideally, I'd like at least four of each kind of fighters and do a 
revolving demo like what we did for Wells branch, with heavies fighting 
for 15-20min, then rapier, then youth, and repeat. We'll start with the 
heavies because, face it, they're louder and will get more attention.

I'm going to ask about us using one of the covered pavillions to stage 
under, since this is January and the weather is, at best, iffy. If we 
can't get one, I'll need to find someone with a big tent they'd be 
willing to bring out for the purpose.

This is the same weekend as Round table, so if you're not going there, 
please consider helping out with the demo. We have a chance to get a 
good rep with the Scouts, and if they like us they may ask us to do it 
again sometime.

Thus far I have the following people who have committed to being there. 
If you said you would be there, please remind me and I'll add you to the 
list. If you would like to help, please let me know and I'll sign you up 
as well.
