[Bryn-gwlad] Populace in the Park & Rai

Most forecasts are still saying 50% Scattered Thunderstorms.  Radar  
shows lots of spots of rain, as well as some clear spots. However  
where there is rain its reds.  Its going to be a tough call  
tonight...  Marshals?
