[Bryn-gwlad] Bees

Sounds to me like they are not honey bees but either hornets or
bumblebees (naturally aggressive but not africanized)...both of which
I've been chased (over 200 yds) by on my own property. If they are
really painful and burn for several days, they're probably hornets...if
the sting goes away in a few hours, they are likely bumblebees.

It looks like an underground hive. I was stung about
7-8 times as I was running back to the car (Through my
pants). The ag extension office says they have a
list of numbers for me to call. I'll get it tomorrow.
Your right the only way to tell Africanized from
European is by test. they look almost identical. I
wish I could leave the hive alone, but unfortunately
it's right in the middle of where I am building.
