Ansteorra is the only kingdom I know of that people don't move on their
knees. There may be some others, but definitely the 'norm' to move on your
knees.

Yah, I miss Pennsic, too.but it's probably not ever going to happen for us
again.

 

What cracked me up about the indoor shots was the mundane coming thru the
door who freaked when the action came at him rather quickly.  And what's
with the fighter on his/her knees who's more mobile than I am standing.I
thought being on your knees meant grievous injury?

 

*wonders what knee cops do to that composite floor*

All those Pennsic shots really got my blood going.

 

Only 2 more weeks!

 

As for the "air conditioning" it's actually heat they are looking for.
You'll notice several Ealdamere tabards as well as someone with a modern
winter coat in some of the shots.

on how the big wars are fought and just how many people are in the sca ill
