The potluck I'm organizing is for dinner.  The closest place to go get lunch is about 20min. away.  I haven't looked at the class schedule but I was thinking if I brought snacks, I could make sure I was in one of the cooking classes close to lunch;)
  There is Middle Eastern, bread making and spit cooking with chickens!
