Greetings,

Since I have discovered that a budget for my office is
not going to be enough to cover the intial expenses to
create a viable archive, I am coming to the populace
with my proverbial hat in hand.   I need the following
items to begin archiving a lot of the data.


I have already created the folder and the page
dividers for the historian book.  there will be little
further expense in this area except for occasionally
buying page protectors etc.  I currently have a box of
200 page protectors so will not need more for a while.

25-50 blank CD's for pictures   back issues of it
cometh videos etc. 

acid free photo holders.   I would prefer individual
envelopes for the pictures and boxes to put them in.  
the pictures I currently have will be scanned onto
disks with the physical copies being stored in boxes 

a ream of paper  (Paper's cheap enough, but it does
offset what I have been using)

a cover for the book would be nice.  A nice leather or
cloth cover with some sort of baronial design  just to
hide the modernity of the 3 ring binder.   it is a 2"
binder.

If you wish to donate any of these items both The
barony and I  would be greatly indebted to you.

I will not be at populace tomorrow night, but if you
wish to bring these items at another populace meeting 
it would be great.   I will also drive over to pick up
anything you wish to donate if we can arrange a time
when I'm not working  (Ya right)
