[Bryn-gwlad] A Shameless Plug for My Class at Kings College

Since we're doing shamless plugs...
  I'm doing a music class which should be a good
introduction about 420 songs, and should give the
basics of how to read the notation.  You don't have to
be a big music scholar to get something out of the
class, since we'll be exploring a number of facets of
this really neat subject.  Here's the class
description:

"In the 13th century about four hundred songs of
praise were commissioned and written by Alphonso X (el
Sabio). This class centers on this great work, and
will touch on a bit of everything- a little history,
some analysis of the works as poetry, examining the
illuminations, learning to read the music itself, and
we'll play and sing a couple pieces."
