Doing a quick check...

Round trip from Austin to Florence via Delta is about $2700.00.

Via Northwest and KLM is about 2100.00.

Via United, about 1200.00.

Note that this is based on about five minutes' research with a few 
airline websites. I didn't check places like Bestfares.com or 
Cheaptickets.com, or talk to a travel agent. I wouldn't be surprised 
if one of those options could produce a much better deal. Getting a 
group rate for a bunch of Ansteorrans flying out of, say, DFW or 
Houston might also be a better option.
