I pinch hit for the Southhaven Archery event feast, held out near
Florence, about 15 years ago.  The original cook had an emergency of
some type and I was asked if I could step up.   It worked out well and I
thank goodness for good friends who also enjoy playing in the kitchen. 
Designed a menu, and we did a majority of the prepwork off site over
several days.  Posted a time line for prep & serving on the wall of the
kitchen to help kitchen staff know the what/when/where of the feast. 
Johann & Erika were B&B, and if memory serves Sir Kein was the event
steward.

I was just wondering, who all in the barony has experience in or
interest in learning feast and/or luncheon preparation.  I know Pug,
Clarissa and Meadbhb have done feasts, and I know Socha, Niklas and
Emiline have been involved in luncheons but I was wondering about others
who might have such talents that I am unaware of.  Please respond to the
list so we will all be aware.
