I've done two SCA feasts, one being a Candlemas.
I've done field kitchens for 20 or more diners on several occasions (once 
for fifty for nine days at a Pennsic).
I started the Ansteorran tradition of chile on Wednesday nights at Pennsic. 
And I cooked that chile eight or nine times. (That's chile of every heat for

up to 500 people.)
