I'd suggest looking at http://www.volny.cz/luciusj/gallery.html for some great work by Jiri Lucius and at http://armourandcastings.com for some very nice and affordable helms, buckles, and other metalwork. For custom work I recommend working with Max at NorthStarArmoury.com, even if he isn't Czech.
