Greetings All,

Although many are preparing for war, many others are staying home
to guard our borders and welcome visitors during that time.  The 
Land Court is a revel minor for everyone.    

I hope you can come help Dreda sew pouches for our war gifts,
and bring food to share with others, if you wish (potluck).  Also 
please bring any arts that others would enjoy seeing.   I hope 
for music, dancing, gaming, and much revelry in the hall. 

100 acres of land will be granted to all those who are new to our
barony since the previous Land Court in January of last year.   
Those who have received honors in the court since that time,
may also petition for lands according to their title and station.
Here are the allocations we granted last year:

Non-Armigerous Baronial Awards (Muse, Martlet, Cross Fleury, Chalice)
= 200 acres per award. 

Amigerous Awards of Arms (Dreigiau Bryn, Arms, Thistle, Crane, etc)
= 300 acres per award.

Grants (Iris, Star, Centurion, White Scarf, etc)
= 600 acres per award. 

Court Barons = 1000 acres
Peerages (Knight, Laurel, Pelican) = 4000 acres
Royal Nobles & Former Barons of Bryn Gwlad = up to 7000 acres

Additional lands may be granted for any compelling reason!   :)
Properties within the city walls may also be requested.  

Taxes (gifts for prizes & largesse) are not required, 
though appreciated for lands held a year or longer. 
Heralds may assist the court, and the cartographers . . 

The purpose of any revel is to have fun!  Carpe Diem!
