[Bryn-gwlad] Land Court regrets

On behalf of my lord, Meser Lyonel Oliver Grace, and myself (and let us not forget young Percival the Absent) (wait... has anyone seen Percival lately?... Percy?... anyone?)

We must send our regrets, as we will be unable to attend his Excellency's Land Court this evening. However, we wish to inform him that we have recently found our domicile in a new manor house, on a Green Slope. It is girded round with a stout palisade, surrounding fertile land and orchards of tall and lovely trees, and it supports a large population of singing birds (not to mention itinerant cats and the occasional raccoon). Its greatest boast, however, is a magical pond of clearest azure, which although small is fed by a spring that is miraculously hot and which bubbles most vigorously. 

We beg that the Baron confirm our title to this house and its lands.
