[Bryn-gwlad] Youth boffer at Gulf Wars

Tuesday is the last youth boffer fighter practice before Gulf Wars.

Please check your youth boffer authorization cards.  I already know of 
several cards that have recently expired.  You MUST have a valid 
authorization card completed PRIOR to Gulf Wars to be able to participate in 
youth boffer tourneys and melees.  It's also time to check all your armor 
and weapons.
