[Bryn-gwlad] So, you want to borrow Baronial gear for war?

Various members of the Barony have asked me whether they may borrow a piece
or two of baronial rapier gear for the duration of the war.  Historically
this has been allowed and I fully intend to continue allowing this
activity.  This time around however, due to the number of such requests, I
am going to impose a new requirement.

If you wish to borrow loaner gear you will need to bring me a
photocopy/xerox/scan&print of photo ID.  I will record the item(s) you are
borrowing on this photocopy and file it until said item(s) is/are returned.

Any items  borrowed MUST be returned as functional and as clean as they were
when borrowed.
Any lost/damaged/destroyed items will have to be replaced at the borrowers
expense, within a reasonable amount of time.

And of course, if you want to borrow something, see me before I leave PiP on
Tuesday because after that it will be awfully difficult to connect with me
before I leave for GW myself ;-}

DO NOT FORGET YOUR PHOTOCOPY.
