 Rapier practice takes place at Populace in the Park on Tuesdays.  The
website has directions as to how to get there.

Getting authorized in light and/or heavy rapier
involves displaying knowledge of the rules and
demonstrating the ability to safely use the various weapons and parries in
front of an authorizing marshal while also showing that one can both give
and call a legal blow consistently.

Armor requirements can be found in the rules and you can ask me any
questions at practice.
