Four-player backgammon?  I wonder what the rules were.  Did they play with

Then again, I have difficulty finding *one* person with whom to play
backgammon, let alone three.  Any takers?  I'll start bringing my board out
on Tuesday night, if so.  It's not period, but I've been using it at events
since A.S. XV, so I guess it might be "SCA period."
