As to rapier combat, The Lysts at Castleton is primarily an equestrian
event with some rounds of chivalric foot combat between equestrian
rounds.  No one has proposed any rapier activities to me.

Of course you are allowed to enter the helm/letter of venancy
competition if you would like.

Rapier practice is held at Populace in the Park on Tuesday nights.
Since the Kingdom Rapier Marshall is a member of our fair Barony, I'm
sure that arrangements can be made for you to become authorized.  I'll
let any one of our supremely qualified Rapier Marshalls fill you in on
those details.
