[Bryn-gwlad] Overpass Practice will NOT be a SCA Practice

Most Austin City Parks close at 10 PM.  Also if it's raining many of the 
covered pavilions wouldn't be used so that might not be a problem, 
especially on a Tuesday evening.  It might be worthwhile to see which parks 
have pavilions.  I can't this morning but I'm happy to check at 
lunch.  Parks and Rec has a web page that tells what facilities each park has.
