[Bryn-gwlad] Overpass Practice will NOT be a SCA Practice

Having practice in Leander sounds like a beautiful, crazy dream. I could
finally drive less than an hour to get to practice!

I have to say, though, a central location is probably best for the rest of
the barony; that said, this is known. As an occasional as-needed bad-weather
location, though, it's sounding better and better.
