[Bryn-gwlad] Overpass Practice will NOT be a SCA Practice

Actually, isn't there a spot on both sides of the river where Mopac
crosses it? I think the NW side is a more developed part of the hike and
bike trail and might be a little crowded...but then again if there are
other people there...recuitment opportunity...
