[Bryn-gwlad] Overpass Practice will NOT be a SCA Practice

I recall that spot. I can't quite remember how to get there, but I made it
there once for a scavenger hunt a few years back. I remember it being a
remarkably nifty I-had-no-idea-this-was-here space.
