[Bryn-gwlad] Current weather

As of right now (shortly after noon) the worst of the rainstorms 
appear to be passing well to our north. There's a bit of scattered 
rain down near San Marcos, but nothing showing on the Austin-area 
radar, and nothing to the west that might hit us later in the day. 
This causes me to be cautiously optimistic about the weather this evening.
