What about checking out to see if any of the park
pavilions would be available for a fighter practice?  
we wouldn't rent them, just go to the particular
pavilion  on the Tuesday nights.    95% chance that
the pavilion will be open if we wanted it.   I can
start looking into which pavilions would work for us  
 I'll make a few calls around to see which ones are
open enough to practice in.  and compile a list from
there.  we can decide if any fit our needs.   Another
option might be to check out one of the fire halls.  
the Aethelmearc group outside of Syracuse used to rent
one for their weekly fighter practice.   maybe we can
get one pretty cheap.
