There are a few covered riding arenas in the area, but they are used at
night for lessons most of the time.

We couldn't afford them as they make around $300 - $400 per hour.

Another thought is riding arenas.  Of course the owners might be a
little skeptical

Salut cozyns,

I believe Walnut Creek park (North Lamar near Yager) has a large
pavilion 
with movable tables. The problem there, as in many other places, would
be 
lighting.

What about parking garages?
