I came out of class here at UT just now, at 1:00, and heard the carillon 
playing the Welsh national song.
So I went to my office to see if today is the Welsh national day, since I 
know that the carrillon player(s?) do that sometime.   (I have heard the 
Brazilian anthem on Sept. 7 and the Icelandic one on June 17.)  But no.  St. 
David's Day is March 1.
So I guess they just like the song.
So do I.  Here it is for your enjoyment!
(you can imagine yourself at a rugby match, or not)
