The SCA has insurance for the purpose of protecting landlords from 
liability for our events. The Seneschal can better explain the details 
and limits of this.

Another problem with a parking garage is that most of it's space is 
rather slanted. Usually there's level pavement on the ends and in the 
center, but the rest is sloped. That's not an insurmountable issue; we 
could park in the slanty bits and fight on the level bits. But it is a 
point to consider.
