That's why I mentioned the possibility of it being on a laptop or
something. No web access is a possibility. Or add security.
But to be honest, adding a login page would be simple and I was thinking
No data like address or phone number, but stuff germane to the sca only.

cause once that personal info out is out for the world...whihc means not

A simple web page could do this really easily, have it able to generate
a report, and then you'd have to flip around to use the hard copy.
