[Bryn-gwlad] fake titles

It has been my experience that anywhere I go in the SCA, there are either
people I know, or people who know people I know. I can't imagine that anyone
who isn't a peer could claim to be one for very long without someone
figuring it out quickly. This is only worth doing as part of some short-term
joke (like some out-kingdom Duke pretending to be a newbie at some fighting
practice).
